Lake Wally Cafe: A Quaint Dining Experience in Hawley, PA

I had my baby shower yesterday with around 40 guests, and we catered through Lake Wally Cafe—I’m so glad we did! The food was not only delicious, but incredibly affordable for the amount we received (11 full trays!). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and a huge hit with our guests. I highly recommend them and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

This is me and my kids go to breakfast spot whenever we have a chance. What can I say? Great food, friendly service. Feels like we are going to eat with good friends. My kid can't get enough of the double chocolate pancakes. I could eat a Rachael every day.

I just moved in the area and decided to stop here to grab a bite and Didn’t know what to expect . I was pleasantly surprised about everything ! My daughter and I walked in this really quaint cafe called Lake wally cafe to give it a try and was greeted with very helpful man named Steve who asked us if wed like a menu or be seated at a table. So he had a waitress clean off a table where people just left and sat us immediately. We were greeted by Our very helpful and pleasant waitress named Diane seated us . She served us drinks and took our order . It was made within 15 minutes which my daughter chose breakfast and I chose chicken salad sandwich which was served with homemade chips ! Let me tell you how good that food was and I e been to many cafes just wow ! I haven’t home Made chips in years and the breakfast was strawberry waffles and bacon and coffee . I had my daughter take a picture but you have to go check it out yourself to see how comfortable and clean and great staff they have there ! Truly had a wonderful lunch ! Thank you Wally’s cafe staff you are amazing !

We live 25 min away in Milford Pa and love our breakfast places but wanted to try something new. This had good reviews and was open on Tuesday in early Dec so we tried it out and we're so pleased we did! We got there after 10am and there were 2 tabkes in there still(good sign for time of day, time of year and day of week) I had 2 eggs with, sausage links,homefies and Rye toast with coffee. Mom had a spinach and feta omelet with home fries Rye and coffee. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Service was really fast food was fresh, cooked correctly, hot and tasty! Has a nice diner feel, small place and small parking lot so I can't imagine what it's like in the summer. We will definately be back!

Fantastic location offering a menu at reasonable prices, complemented by excellent service. Despite its modest size, there’s plenty of seating available, including a breakfast bar. Situated in the heart of downtown, we’re definitely planning a return visit.

I love this place so much. The menu has so many interesting options and food combinations and everything we ordered was fresh. Good portions, tasty food, excellent service - our server was so personable and witty. The cakes and pastries were also amazing - the best raspberry crumb ever. Also, first time I've seen French onion grilled cheese and it was every bit as good as it sounds - and also comes with fries and a cup of French onion. One of my new favorite spots in the area.

Excellent food. Excellent service!!! We arrived somewhat early on Sunday (8:30 am) and good thing we did because it gets busy here! Tried the corned beef hash platter and the Philly cheese steak breakfast item. I liked their interpretation of the corned beef hash. The beef was real and the dish very tasty. I wish it had more beef and less potato, but not bad. The Philly cheese steak was also good, especially the bread. #recommended #bechego
